ABOUT
Mel Blanks is from Wilmington, NC where she first developed a deep love of cooking from her Mother, Grandmother and other great cooks in the family. She is the third of six siblings and a doting mother to her 16 year old daughter.
Mel spent years observing her mother in the kitchen while learning different cooking techniques as a young child. She has since honed in on those skills to develop a Catering and Event Planning business. She specializes in Brunches, Showers and other private catered affairs. Her cooking abilities although learned from her beloved Mother, Grandmother and Aunts shine through from her heart.
She exemplifies the best in what she does with every dish that she prepares and is passionate about ensuring her clients are 100% satisfied.
